The facility is nestled on a scenic six-acre property in Northern Lake County. In fact, our "Shag Bark" namesake was originally derived from the beautiful and fruitful Shagbark Hickory trees that once blanketed the grounds. This country setting promotes a relaxing atmosphere and provides plenty of room for exercise.
